When we feel love and kindness toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace.

There is One God and that God is the Divine Givingness of Life Itself.
God is Love in action and I am a unique and individualized expression of Love in action.  Love knows itself through me. God and I are One and we are eternally One. Because I know this is true, I never fear, never doubt and never get discouraged. I am always wrapped in Love and supported and guided by Love. I am always at home and in joy. My life is God?s life and it is good.

I love myself. I love life. I love others. I love health. I love wealth. I love creative activity. I love all the wonderful opportunities that come my way and I make the most of every moment of the day. I am here and in the now and I am here and in Love. All is well with me and all will be well.

Because I am centered in this Truth, I know there is no obstacle to my happiness. I claim happiness and I release that claim to Love, knowing God finds a way to bring it into being at the level of my experience. I let go and I let God.   And so it is.
